ALCADIA ZR3000G

R-I/E × CSC

“R-I/E SYSTEM” x “CSC CONCEPT”

In the year of 2005, the innovative case solution “R-I/E SYSTEM” was born. The technology innovated for the consistency of case cooling solution and silence solution has now become the symbol of ALCADIA series. It’s also produced the “AFAS (Air-Flow Accelerating System)” and “NRS (Noise Reduction System)” to pursue total case ventilation system. The air is taken from the rear-side intake holes and goes to the case front through the gap of dual-case structure. And inside of the case, the air is accelerated by the AFAS and the it is exhausted from the rear case fan and the PSU fan. No matter the fan is powerful or regular, this system gives the case the best cooling performance as well as the quietness. And together with the new case concept “CSC Concept” that WiNDy proposes, the system is sublimated to the “Global High Grade”.

R-I/E SYSTEM

“Rear-side Intake - Front Entry - Rear Exhaust” The Innovative Ventilation Channel

The direct noise leaking from the case front air intake holes and ordinary air intake performance and HDD cooling performance. WiNDy faced directly with those common problems of conventional PC cases with the new technology, R-I/E SYSTEM. The case has dual-structure system and its inner case is sealed to shut out the noise as much as possible. The outer case is also preventing the noise from leaking. And the advantage of this dual-case structure is that the gap between the inner and outer cover works as a channel of air-flow. The “Rear-side Intake - Front Entry - Rear Exhaust”, an innovative ventilation channel works not only to keep the noise from leaking, but also increases the amount of air intake (from the front panel). Also this system provides overall HDD cooling. The rigidity of the case is also improved and therefore it has less vibrating problems. We call it the best total case solution in the history of WiNDy.

The Basic of the System-The Evolution of Air Intake/Exhaust mechanism

The fresh air that’s taken from the intake holes placed at the rear of the side covers goes through the gap of dual case structure, and it enters inside the case by the front case fan. The basic of the R-I/E SYSTEM are not changed. However, the ALCADIA ZR2000G has enlarged intake holes on the front chassis, and redesigned and relocated air intake holes on the side covers. Thanks to the changes, the resistance to the air intake has been reduced and the mix up of the intake air and exhaust air has been improved.

Air Intake Hole

Product Image The essential part of air intake by the R-I/E SYSTEM is the holes. Various studies have proved that ZR-G series has the ideal shape and location.

Taking Smooth Fresh Air In

Product ImageThe air entered in the gap between the dual-case covers is moved forward to the front air intake point through the intake holes placed on the chassis front cover. With ALCADIA ZR-G series, the intake holes on the inner cover are removed and has smoother fresh air intake.

Thorough Exhaust Tuning

Product Image The hot air that cooled the parts inside of the case gets exhausted from the rear case fan. Because of the improved air intake solution of ALCADIA ZR-G, air pressure inside of the case is always well stabilized, and as the result, a better air exhaustion is realized. This also means that there is a good room for installing high power generating PSU. The exhausted air will be covered with the Special Silencer and blew out to the bottom, Helping to create less noisy environment.

Keeping Separated

Product Image With the improved, longer Special Silencer installed back of the case, the air that goes in and goes out are well separated and don’t get mixed. This Special Silencer was created with the inspiration from automobile muffler. This Silencer covers the three different noise causes; PSU fan, CPU cooler fan & case fan, and VGA fan.

CSC CONCEPT

The New PC Case Standard suggested by WiNDy「CSC」-WiNDy

Keeping the PC case cool, silent, and clean. Achieving the best solution to make it happen together is WiNDy’s next goal. With the original and unique ideas and long year experience help us achieve the total solution.
