- Before we ship, products are inspected for damages and packed carefully to
make sure they arrive at your door safely. In case there is any breakage or
loss of product in transport, contact your local UPS immediately and contact our customer service. We encourage our customers to inspect the packages as soon as they arrive.
- All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages during transit. However any loss arose from delay of delivery, when conditions beyond the carrier's control encountered during transit including labor strikes, transportation failures, or result of terrorism will not be insured.
- Damages and missing packages during delivery are covered by UPS insurance and SOLDAM will not be held responsible, however if it happens, contact our customer service immediately.
- To avoid hassles for delivery process, please fill in the shipping information carefully.
- The maximum acceptable total weight at one shopping session is 200 kg. If your order exceeds this amount, we recommend you to divide your order to several sessions or talk to our customer service for arrangement.
Our shipping prices are specially arranged with help of UPS. We clearly state here that we make no profits from those fees.
