This documentation contains the limited warranty and terms and conditions agreement that apply to SOLDAM CORPORATION (here after referred to as SOLDAM) products. By purchasing product from SOLDAM, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement.
Please be certain in advance that this limited warranty applies only to the SOLDAM product that the original customer purchased directly from SOLDAM, and does not include SOLDAM product sold to a third party by the original purchaser as "second hand", or the product sold by a reseller other than SOLDAM.

IMPORTANT!
The delivery confirmation slip given by the UPS carrier at the time of product arrival will be one of the most important documentations as it proves the start date of the warranty. We made this arrangement to set the start date of warranty on the date of product arrival, instead of the date of purchase, to make it fair for all the customers through out the states. Make sure to keep this slip along with the bill of sale and the warranty card as well as the product package.
A. Disclaimer of Warranties
This limited warranty is the only warranty applicable to the product. No oral or written information, or advice/suggestion given by SOLDAM (its executives, employees and all concerned) to the original purchaser or a third party shall create a warranty or obligation to SOLDAM or in any way increase the scope of this warranty.
SOLDAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, CLAIM MADE BY A THIRD PARTY OR MADE BY YOU FOR A THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. SOLDAM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
B. Statement of Limited Warranty
SOLDAM CORPORATION warrants to the original end-user that its product (excluding expendable parts) will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for the warranty period indicated above and on the warranty card that will be included in the shipping package. If malfunction or defect is found during this warranty period and confirmed by SOLDAM that the product is defective, SOLDAM will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part at no charge.

Please make sure that this warranty only covers defects encountered in normal use of the product during the warranty period and does not apply in the following cases even within the warranty period.
C. Exclusions of Limited Warranty
- Damage caused during shipment.
- Damage caused by impact with other objects, dropping, falls, spilled liquids, or immersion in liquids.
- Damage caused by accessories, attachments, product supplies, parts or devices including expendable items used in/with this product.
- Damage caused by alterations, modifications or any other abuse, misuse, mishandling, or misapplication.
- Damage caused by repair, maintenance, or service given by a company other than SOLDAM.
- Damage caused by a power surge, fire, earthquake, lightning, flood, wind or other natural calamities.
- Damage caused by failure to provide a suitable installation, operating environment, or maintenance for the product.
- Damage caused by programs, data, viruses, or other files.
- Damage caused as the result of product usage in an unauthorized operating environment. Products sold by SOLDAM are designed for personal use only. They should not be used in the fields of medical, atomics, aeronautics, transportations, or any fields that human lives are concerned or high reliabilities are required.
- Failure to present the warranty card and/or a proof of purchase at the time of warranty service request.
- If the warranty card or content of the warranty card was rewritten and/or duplicated without the prior authorization of SOLDAM.
- This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable
- Keep the warranty card with the product serial number sticker along with the proof of purchase. The card is the permanent record of warranty applicable to the SOLDAM product and if lost, it will not be reissued. This limited warranty will not be applied if the serial number on the card has been removed, altered, or damaged.
- When returning the product for warranty service, the shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer, and he or she must assume the risk of damage or loss in transit. After repair or replacement is made, the product will be return shipped at charge of SOLDAM.
- Before returning any part for repair or replacement, be sure to back up data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information.
- Inspection fee may be charged if malfunction or defect was not admitted in the carried-in item.
- In any form or by any means, the product, user's manual, and/or the warranty card must not be duplicated without prior written permission of SOLDAM.
- Designs and specifications of product, and the terms and conditions of warranty are subject to change without prior notice at any time, at SOLDAM's sole discretion.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
